We will talk through your ambitions for yourself, your fitness level, and also through some of the limitations of your lifestyle that you feel might have held you back so far. Additionally, you will have your measurements and a photo taken to help you monitor your progress.
Drew will then work out a specifically tailored programme to build your overall fitness, develop muscle, and help you to leverage your dietary needs to maximise change in your physique.
It’s almost as simple as it sounds.
