Together we make it work.
You'll begin by talking with Drew through your health goals, including your fitness level and experience. He will then start
you with a group of exercises that are linked to your fitness goals, so that you can master them. Gradually increasing your exercise bank, offering you a wide range of training possibilities. You
will learn how to perform movements correctly, including adaptations, and progression ideas, so that you will always see change.
Through flywheel training, Drew aims to build your confidence so that you feel good about your body; recognising the increase in your strength, as well as observing the shift towards improved body shape - maximising change to meet your fitness goals
It’s almost as simple as it sounds.
